Hi I'm Marco.
From an early age, I was interested in the human body and its capabilities. I have always been fascinated by what the human body can do when treated and trained properly.
After completing my Bachelor's degree in Sport, Exercise and Health at the University of Basel, I coached people on a daily basis and helped them achieve their goals, which was very fulfilling for me.
Since 2023, I have been working as a professional military candidate for the Swiss Army and have made it my mission to support the people who work every day for our common good in their health and fitness. Be it the policeman, the firefighter, the paramedic or the soldier, they all depend on being healthy and fit to do their job.
